    Bit-O-Honey was introduced in 1924 by the Schutter-Johnson Company of Chicago, Illinois. The candy was wrapped in wax paper. Six pieces were packaged in a wrapper. That was the first time candy was sold like that.

    Bit-O-Honey is made of honey flavored taffy with bits of almond embedded in it.
